Welcome to Thesis Information at Flinders University
Higher degree theses (Masters by Research and Doctorates) are governed by University regulations, as of 2014 it is compulsory for all research higher degree students to submit a digital copy for conferral of the degree; as appropriate, a printed version may also be submitted. The digital copy of the thesis will be the authoritative copy. Following a change to University policy in 2015, digital submission of research components of Postgraduate Coursework Awards is now mandatory.

This guide provides information on how to submit your final thesis to the Library after examination at Flinders University. Assistance regarding thesis matters not relating to the final submission of your thesis should be directed to the Office of Graduate Research or your Faculty advisor/s.
While it is still possible to submit one bound copy of your thesis, it is no longer compulsory. If you choose to submit a print copy of your thesis it will be housed in your Faculty Office.
