What Audio Visual resources are in the library?

  • Documentaries
  • Movies
  • TV Series
  • Lecture Series

Why do I need to use them?

Documentaries contain factual information that may be relevant to your topic, but are not necessarily scholarly or referenced. Recorded lectures are on specific topics and are usually given by known academic experts. They are not peer-reviewed but can be used as background information for your topic.

What formats do they come in?

DVD or Online streamed content which you can watch at any time on any device. Some DVDs are in our 2 hour reserve collection because they are required watching for a topic. However all computers within the Library have headphones and can play DVDs.

A few examples from the collection

Biology DVDs are located in the Central Library DVD Collection on Level 2.
